Amelia is a Director in BDO’s Business Services team in Melbourne. Since joining BDO in 2016, Amelia has embedded herself in her clients’ businesses, partnering with them to drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth within their finance function.

She specialises in outsourced finance function and advisory services for growing and complex organisations. Amelia works with a diverse client base, including complex family-owned business groups, not-for-profit organisations, government organisations and foreign-owned multinationals, as well as Australian subsidiaries of significant global entities.

Amelia helps businesses operating in Australia by offering three complimentary service streams that provide continuity and scalability of services as business needs evolve. Through outsourced finance function services, she oversees day-to-day operations and delivery of timely reporting to management and boards, ensuring that ongoing and annual accounting and tax obligations are met. Complementing these services, Amelia delivers finance function technology transformation projects, using cloud-based solutions to automate processes and enhance the quality and timeliness of financial insights for decision making.
