• Led internal audit teams for a large natural resource facility including operational audits. Conducted contract audits resulting in significant cost recoveries and savings, and provided assurance on project policies, processes, and procedures 
• Advised global clients on listing and transactions on the London Stock Exchange and conducted financial due diligence, US GAAP conversions, and bond issuances.
