With over 18 years experience in Human Capital Management and Consulting both internationally and locally, she has held positions responsible for delivering workforce optimisation and transformation, implementing organisational change management, adopting emerging technologies, developing capability uplift strategies, and providing guidance on workforce strategy, design, and execution to her clients.
