Ben Renshaw

Executive summary

Ben is the Partner in Charge of BDO’s Tax team in Melbourne, and BDO’s National Leader of Global Expatriate & Employment Taxes and Leader of Payroll Advisory. He helps his clients navigate a broad range of people, tax, pay, and reward issues, and specialises in the unique employment, human resources (HR), finance, and compliance challenges that Australian complex employment tax, industrial relations, and superannuation legislation present.

Ben also focuses on the multinational compliance and remuneration challenges associated with employee movement between countries, and has over 20 years’ experience in expatriate tax across Europe, Asia, and Australia.

He has extensive experience across the retail, consumer products, construction, engineering, and hospitality sectors.
