- Enterprise risk management: Facilitating risk workshops with boards and executive management teams to help identify strategic and operational risks, define risk appetite and parameters, and evaluate the risk management framework for a not-for-profit organisation, manufacturing and financial services in wealth management
- Payroll compliance and remediation: Conducting deep dive reviews of payroll compliance and the remediation of payroll underpayments for ASX listed corporations
- Sarbanes Oxley (SOX): Working with global teams to assess the readiness of their SOX programs, implementation of SOX programs as part of US listings and ongoing operational testing
- Quality assurance reviews: Performing a quality assurance review for one of Australia’s largest banks. Providing improvement opportunities across their internal audit engagements and current insights to the senior management team
