• Board Effectiveness Assessment: Evaluated the design and effectiveness of council operations, sub-committee charters, sub-Committee design and membership, and the role of company secretary for a university council and subcommittees in the higher education and VET sector.
• Operational Risk Framework: Designed and implemented an operational risk framework for an ASX listed Top 50 company in the financial services sector, focusing on private health insurance.
